Interior Sales Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and client-facing Interior Designer to combine creative design skills with sales expertise. This role involves preparing customized design proposals, estimating project costs, and converting leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Proposal Preparation: Prepare customized design proposals for pitch meetings, aligning with client preferences and project scope.
  • Project Estimation: Create accurate project estimates based on approved design proposals.
  • Client Negotiation: Engage in client negotiations and drive project closures.
  • Design Meeting Representation: Act as the lead representative in client design meetings, ensuring a strong and confident presence.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless design and execution.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in interior design or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design and client-facing sales roles.
  • Skills: Proficient in preparing design proposals, estimates, and client presentations. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude: Confident, well-groomed, and professional appearance. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value projects.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of interior design trends, materials, and execution processes.
