We're seeking an accomplished Technical Content Specialist to play a pivotal role in our Marketing & Communications team.

This highly skilled individual will be responsible for crafting engaging, informative content that effectively communicates complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical topics and the ability to distill them into clear, concise language for both technical and non-technical readers.

In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop a content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and user needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a technical writer, content writer, or similar role in the technology or digital services industry.
  • Strong research skills, attention to detail, and excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
