Job Description
This role involves handling end-to-end talent acquisition and employee life cycle activities for Pune, comprising Sales teams and other enabling functions. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Talent Acquisition: Attract and select top talent from target industry segments, primarily hiring for Sales Teams and other enabling functions.
  2. Business Partnering: Align local people initiatives with global business agenda, design and execute employee engagement strategies, and support performance management and assessment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • 3-6 years of relevant full-life cycle talent acquisition experience (Sales hiring), with a Graduate/Postgraduate degree.
  • A keen eye for detail and process, along with the ability to work in an ever-changing environment.
  • An ability to find solutions quickly and drive things to closure.
  • Strong command on language, written as well as spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Worked in a fast-paced culture and are high on energy.
