Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for providing guidance to direct reports and stakeholders on data visualization and reporting requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing intuitive and interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI, as well as experience with ETL tools such as SSIS. Additionally, they will have excellent SQL skills, preferably over SQL Server, and a strong understanding of data warehousing and business intelligence concepts.

The role demands a highly qualified professional who can interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as the successful candidate will need to effectively communicate with senior management and nurture robust working relationships with the team, peers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop data visualizations and reports using Power BI
  • Develop and maintain databases and data warehouses
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business intelligence analysis
  • Strong expertise in Power BI and ETL tools
  • Excellent SQL skills
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing and business intelligence concepts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
