Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Leader to spearhead revenue growth and drive performance metrics for our region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic inputs and in-depth analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Lead and motivate a team of high-performing professionals, including Business/Design Managers, Territory Area Managers, Designers, and more.
  • Ensure the quality of design closure for our catalogue products and services.
  • Drive key performance indicators such as successful design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales/category penetration, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Serve as the voice of the region and customer, providing continuous feedback to improve our offerings.

Requirements:

  • B.Arch or equivalent degree; an MBA is a plus.
  • A minimum of 6-7 years of experience in an interior fit-out business, managing revenue-generating teams or selling design products/services through designers.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to convey business requirements effectively.
  • A structured thought process, strong analytical ability, and determination to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills, including direct team reporting experience.
