About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced professional with expertise in SAP financial solutions and business process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and deploying complex financial systems, as well as experience in facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, customize, and configure FI/CO modules to meet client needs
  • Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives to develop necessary product modifications
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements and document functional designs, test cases, and results
  • Act as liaison with clients for troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Provide consulting services on new implementations and existing support projects
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and system enhancements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in any specialization (post-graduate preferred)

  • Experience in customer relationship management
