Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled FPGA Engineer to support the design and development of embedded systems. The consultant will work on FPGA-based solutions, optimize real-time applications, and collaborate with academic, government, and industry partners to transition advanced technologies into deployable prototypes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop FPGA-based solutions for embedded systems.
  • Use FPGA design tools (Xilinx Vivado, Intel Quartus) to simulate, test, and optimize real-time applications.
  • Develop and integrate software (C/C++, Python) with microcontrollers, FPGAs, and processors.
  • Collaborate with partners on embedded systems research and development.
  • Transition early-stage systems into working prototypes.
  • Contribute to technical publications and open-source projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience with a Bachelor's or 2+ years with a Master's.
  • Strong expertise in FPGA design and development using Verilog and/or VHDL.
  • Hands-on experience with Xilinx and/or Altera FPGAs and design tools.
  • Experience with real-time applications on microcontrollers, FPGAs, and processors.
  • Proficiency in software development (C/C++, Python).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
