Human Resource Information System Manager

The primary role of a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) manager is to oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR systems, ensuring they meet business needs and provide accurate data. This includes configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of HRIS systems, as well as providing regional end-user support on data entry procedures, system navigation, and reporting.

This position also involves analyzing HR functional business and system processes, recommending improvements, and implementing changes to meet business needs. The successful candidate will ensure data standards through automation, set up preventative controls, conduct data audits, and work with the business for corrections.

Additionally, this role requires establishing and maintaining business and compliance reports and dashboards for leaders, building competence of users for accessing/reviewing data, creating and delivering training for new users, managers, and HR leaders globally, and ensuring accuracy and data integrity of HRIS systems through periodic reviews and audits.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a SuccessFactors administrator, strong understanding of HRIS structure, functions, and processes, and advanced user skills in Microsoft Excel. They will be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users, prioritize assignments based on urgency, and maintain strict confidentiality.
