Job Summary:

This entry-level position requires knowledge of routine work area procedures, completes standardized activities, resolves task-related problems in straightforward situations, and emphasizes manual skills.

  • Learns process and systems, applying them to basic assignments/distributions of workload to meet SLAs.
  • Accepts and routes high call volume calls.
  • Gathers problem information, records data in desktop tools.
  • Monitors incident status, escalates cases not resolved within a specific timeframe.
  • Schedules customer installation activity.
  • Ensures customer entitlement of services.
  • Provides phone support on Retail products, systems, and software products.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School diploma or equivalent education.
  • 0-1 years of related experience.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
