About this role:

We are seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to join our team. As an analyst, you will play a critical role in executing transactions and providing financial advisory services for clients across Asia with a focus on India domestic deals.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile deals, develop key relationships with clients, work with our globally renowned consumer and Industrial sector team, and contribute to the growth and success of our investment banking franchise in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop complex financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support deal execution.
  • Manage due diligence processes, communications, and interaction with deal team members and other advisors.
  • Perform comprehensive industry and market research, and company analysis within the consumer and Industrial industry.
  • Assist in preparing pitch materials, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings.
  • Collaborate with senior team members in deal origination, structuring, and negotiation.
  • Support the execution of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and capital raising activities, and other financial transactions.

Requirements:

  • Post graduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields, working on consumer and Industrial transactions.
  • Solid understanding of the consumer and Industrial sector.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
