We are working with a well-established crypto and fiat operator to expand their Compliance team. This fully remote role is available only to those based in Asia time zones.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct due diligence assessments on players, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) investigations and manage escalations related to players.
- Review and approve KYC documentation, conduct AML (Anti-Money Laundering) screening, including checks on PEP (Politically Exposed Persons), sanctions, and watchlists.
- Communicate directly with players to request information necessary for compliance verifications.
- Collaborate with various departments to support day-to-day operational tasks.
- Identify and report any potential AML risks to the Compliance or Assistant Compliance Manager.
Requirements:
- Availability to work during Asia time zones.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills for interactions with both internal teams and external clients.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time independently.
- Willingness to work on a shift schedule, including some weekends.
- Prior experience in the gambling industry is essential.
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
