Cloud Solutions Architect Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing customer needs, developing proposals, creating technical designs and other necessary documentation.

This role involves providing project management guidance and ownership of overall delivery of key projects. You will also define and manage architectural approach and standards across a team of architects and consultants.

You will act as Head of Pre-Sales, managing and developing our approach to creating brilliant end-to-end infrastructure solutions across public and private sectors.

Your primary responsibility will be to act as principal/lead architect on multi-technology solutions, analyze customer needs, develop proposals, create technical designs and other necessary documentation.

You will provide project management guidance and ownership of overall delivery of key projects. Additionally, you will line manage a team of Solution Architects and ensure they have sufficient knowledge, skills and resources to deliver business objectives.

You will define targets and SMART objectives for Solutions Architects and ensure they have clear priorities. Monitoring and reporting on KPIs is also a crucial aspect of this role.

The successful candidate will support the development of the Solutions Architects team by coaching, mentoring, best practice sharing and providing stretch opportunities. They will act as a sounding board and mentor.

Continually analysing developments within the industry, competitors' activities and the needs of prospective and existing customers to refine and develop the Pre-Sales function is essential in this position.
