Financial Services Cloud Implementation Specialist

Develop and deploy Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions for financial services business processes, streamlining operations and enhancing customer experiences.

About the Opportunity

As a seasoned FSC specialist, you will design, configure, and optimize FSC features to meet business needs in wealth management, banking, and financial services. This role offers a remote opportunity with immediate start availability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customize and extend FSC functionality using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Process Builder to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective FSC solutions, delivering tangible results.
  • Configure client data models, financial accounts, households, and relationship mapping within FSC, ensuring seamless data integration.
  • Integrate FSC with core banking, CRM, and third-party applications via APIs and middleware, driving innovation and scalability.
  • Maintain compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards, upholding industry best practices.
  • Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and issue resolution for FSC implementations, fostering long-term partnerships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years specifically in Financial Services Cloud, leveraging expertise to drive success.
  • Strong knowledge of FSC data model, action plans, referrals, client lifecycle, and relationship management, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and automation tools, accelerating development and deployment.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, etc.), unlocking new opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, profiles, and sharing rules, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Salesforce FSC Certification or equivalent preferred, demonstrating commitment to excellence.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, building strong relationships and driving business outcomes.
  • Immediate availability, with a strong desire to make an impact from day one.

  • Experience with Wealth Management, Insurance, or Banking domain processes, offering valuable insights and expertise.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins), enhancing efficiency and productivity.
