Expert Quality Assurance Specialist

As a key member of our team, the Senior Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our products. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your technical skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inspection, testing, and quality assurance, with hands-on experience in both destructive and non-destructive testing (NDT). They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with third-party inspection agencies and ensure compliance with quality assurance plans (QAP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspection: Conduct visual inspections, dimensional inspections, hydrostatic pressure testing, liquid penetrant testing (LPT), ultrasonic testing (UT), and radiographic testing (RT)
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and review inspection reports, including internal and third-party reports
- Coordination & Communication: Liaise with third-party inspection agencies and on-site inspectors to ensure smooth execution of inspections as per schedule and client requirements
- Quality Assurance Plans (QAP): Execute QAPs based on specific customer standards and project requirements
- Internal Testing & Lab Analysis: Conduct daily production testing and inspection in the presence of Third-Party Inspectors, perform chemical analysis using Spectrometer, and conduct mechanical testing: Tensile & Hardness Testing
- Technical Collaboration: Coordinate with NABL-accredited laboratories to ensure adherence to national/international testing standards
- Heat Treatment Process: Supervise and quality-check during heat treatment of castings
- Measuring Instruments & Calibration: Handle, use, and calibrate precision measuring tools and gauges
