We are seeking an experienced SOX Audit ITGC Testing Team Lead to join our dynamic team in a client-centric environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in ITGC testing, ensuring effective compliance with SOX standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ITGC Testing:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive ITGC test plans and procedures to assess key risks and controls related to financial reporting.
    • Identify and evaluate the effectiveness of controls through rigorous design and execution of test cases.
    • Document test results and provide detailed reports to management, ensuring seamless communication and transparency.
  • SOX Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to SOX requirements and best practices, maintaining the highest level of regulatory compliance.
    • Assist in the development and maintenance of SOX documentation, ensuring accuracy and currency.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, applying knowledge to drive business growth and risk mitigation.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and management, to address testing requirements and provide timely updates.
  • Risk Assessment:
    • Identify and assess potential risks and vulnerabilities that could impact financial reporting, recommending mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness, driving business growth and innovation.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in ITGC testing, with a strong technical background and knowledge of IT general controls, application controls, and data integrity.
  • Experience with SOX compliance and auditing standards, with a focus on regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
