Regulatory Affairs Specialist

Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new artwork in coordination with the artist and maintaining accurate records. You will also revise existing artworks and communicate with various departments, including purchase, plant, production, and logistics to ensure timely approvals. Additionally, you will be involved in checking and approving artworks from buyers and vendors, tracking progress, and following up with stakeholders for timely approval.Furthermore, you will verify bills of material initiated by production, develop new product packaging as needed, and obtain shade approvals while maintaining accurate records. Strategic sourcing of packaging materials will also be part of your responsibilities. You must possess a good command over the English language and be able to support the purchase and regulatory teams with any additional work requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of regulatory affairs, vendor management, approval processes, record keeping, and strategic sourcing. Proficiency in English is essential, and experience in the pharma industry would be highly valued.Benefits:
