Job Title: Marketing Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing operations and thrives in dynamic, complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the Marketing team by generating post-campaign summaries, mapping prospect journeys within our systems, and helping to enrich contact lists from events to ensure accurate outreach
  • Report on campaign performance to help marketing teams assess lead quality and persona alignment
  • Summarize MQL data post-campaign and evaluate lead qualification, processing, and routing
  • Coordinate with regional marketing teams to audit, clean, and enrich contact lists based on event registration requirements, ensuring accurate and targeted outreach
  • Generate reports and dashboards in Salesforce to track campaign attribution and sales follow-up effectiveness
  • Monitor lead flow and system performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Create detailed lead lists for event attendees to upload into CRM adhering to strict privacy policies
  • Enrich third-party account lists using available data sources
  • Assist marketing teams in setting up campaigns in Salesforce, including building UTMs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2 years of experience in marketing operations or a related field
  • 2 years of experience with Marketo
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with reporting dashboards
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data management best practices
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and campaign management
