Academic Leadership Role

The Vice Principal will be responsible for supporting the school's management in driving academic excellence and operational efficiency. This includes overseeing curriculum development, ensuring adherence to academic standards, and providing guidance to teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective academic programs and policies that align with the school's vision.
  • Manage teacher performance and provide coaching support to ensure high-quality instruction.
  • Coordinate with the management team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and review examination papers, timetables, and report cards to maintain academic integrity.
  • Attend parents' meetings and address their concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Identify and resolve ongoing problems within the school through strategic planning and problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Education or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Vice Principal or an equivalent role is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with staff, students, and parents.
  • Ability to diagnose and solve complex problems through critical thinking and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CBSE board examinations is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of educational industry trends and developments is beneficial.
