Senior Technology Specialist

Lead a team of skilled developers in designing and building innovative web and mobile applications using Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with VBS, JavaScript-based UI development, and Fusion REST API integrations.

  • Design and develop custom web and mobile apps using Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
  • Integrate with Oracle Fusion Cloud services to create seamless user experiences.
  • Create dynamic UIs using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Oracle JET components.
  • Implement OAuth2-secured API calls, business logic, validations, and data formatting in VBS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure code quality and maintainability through rigorous testing and refactoring.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software development.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of technical experience with Web application development (2 years Hands-On in VBS).
  • Strong JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience in using Fusion REST APIs and secure integration (OAuth2, Basic Auth).
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion SaaS modules (e.g., Financials, SCM).
  • Understanding of Fusion Cloud extensibility options and security model.
  • Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI, and service orchestration flows.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), ATP/ADW integration.
  • Experience using Oracle Fusion Sandboxes for UI customizations, layout changes, and SaaS object extensions via Page and Application Composer.
  • Strong documentation skills – HLDs, TDDs, Sandbox setup guides, and customization migration steps.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Oracle Redwood Developer Certification.
  • Experience in Agile or DevOps delivery environments.
  • Prior experience in Oracle ADF or OAF (Oracle Application Framework) is highly desirable.
