About the Role

Gametion Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented Visual Content Strategist to spearhead our Art team and shape the visual identity of our games.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the creation of visually stunning game art content that meets our high standards.
  • Collaborate with the Art team to develop and maintain a unified artistic vision for the project.
  • Work closely with Technical artists and leads to optimize art pipelines and ensure quality control.
  • Cultivate a culture of creativity and innovation within the Art team.
  • Represent the company in internal and external communications, promoting our artistic vision and values.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of the Art team.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in 2D/3D, video game development or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in game art creation, with at least 6 years at senior level or above.
  • Publishing experience from conception to release.
  • Outstanding portfolio showcasing artistic expertise in game art disciplines.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
