We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our quality assurance team as a Functional Software Quality Assurance Specialist. This role involves ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through comprehensive testing methodologies and processes.

Responsibilities :

  2. Manual Testing : Execute comprehensive functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing">
  3. Test Case Development : Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios">
  4. Bug Identification : Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools">
  5. Test Planning : Participate in test planning activities and contribute to test strategy development">
  6. Cross-Platform Testing : Perform testing across different browsers, operating systems, and devices">
  7. Documentation & Reporting :">

    2. Test Documentation : Maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test reports">
    3. Defect Reporting : Document bugs with clear reproduction steps, expected vs actual results, and severity levels">
    4. Status Reporting : Provide regular testing status updates and quality metrics to stakeholders">
    5. Requirements Analysis : Review and analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories">

As a member of our quality assurance team, you will work closely with development, product, and business teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.

Process Improvement :

Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Testing Experience : 3- 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance">
  • Domain : Wealth Management/ Financial Management">
  • Testing Methodologies : Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and various testing methodologies">
  • Test Management Tools : Experience with test management tools (Jira, Notion, Xray, etc.)">
  • Bug Tracking : Proficiency in bug tracking tools (Jira)">
  • API Testing : Basic knowledge of API testing using tools like GraphQL">
  • Database Knowledge : Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and testing">
