Automated Testing Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Automated Testing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our QA function, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated testing infrastructure, creating test plans for APIs, services, and frontend applications, and working closely with developers to ensure high-quality code.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automated testing infrastructure using tools like Postman, Swagger, or custom test scripts
  • Create and run test plans for APIs, services, and frontend applications
  • Work closely with developers to test new features before, during, and after development
  • Validate APIs using tools like Postman, Swagger, or custom test scripts
  • Maintain and improve test coverage across unit, integration, and system levels
  • Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or similar)
  • Perform load, performance, and security testing to ensure robustness under scale
  • Collaborate with DevOps to manage test environments and mock services
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of experience in test automation or QA roles with a strong technical foundation
  • Solid knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks
  • Strong understanding of API testing, including writing test scripts in Postman or code
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (preferably Python or JavaScript)
  • Familiarity with testing across microservices and architectures
  • Comfort working with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD platforms
  • Strong debugging skills and ability to read logs and trace issues across systems
  • Experience writing detailed bug reports, test cases, and documentation
