Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client operations team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing client relationships, legal and administrative matters, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role involves coordinating the activities of the team, promoting products and services, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and new opportunities.

This includes drafting and coordinating legal documents, managing relationships with clients, trustees, and intermediaries, and conducting regular reviews of client portfolios.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • Providing expert advice on structuring trusts and commercial entities;
  • Conducting legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Managing operational risk and ensuring quality control of client files;
  • Achieving financial targets and ensuring effective monitoring of transactions;
  • Anticipating and managing regulatory changes to ensure compliance-related risks are addressed;
