We are seeking a highly skilled Account Relationship Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the retention, renewals, and referrals of our students. They will engage and preserve existing customers, cultivate profitable relationships, and interact with customers via calls and messages.
- Retain and expand our existing customer base
- Cultivate long-term relationships with our clients
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve any issues or concerns
- Achieve monthly targets in a fast-paced sales environment
Required skills and qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of success in a sales or account management role
- Prior experience in Edtech B2C sales is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the growth and success of the company
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
