We are seeking a highly experienced Faculty Trainer to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. As a Faculty Trainer, you will play a crucial role in training and developing our faculty members, enabling them to deliver exceptional educational experiences. This full-time or contract position offers a competitive salary range of ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for faculty development, focusing on pedagogical techniques, instructional strategies, and technology integration.
  • Provide guidance and support to faculty members in curriculum development, course design, and assessment evaluation.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging training materials and workshops.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions and faculty feedback, ensuring continuous improvement of our training programs.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in educational technology and incorporate them into our training programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in teaching or faculty training, preferably in the IT Edutech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Unity and Game Development, proficiency in UI/UX design principles and tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English communication (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
