Lead AI Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing state-of-the-art NLP, Computer Vision, and Speech techniques.

  • You will collaborate with other AI researchers to develop innovative AI solutions and services that improve platform capabilities.
  • Mentor and lead experiments with other team members, guiding them in the development of AI solutions.
  • Conduct research and experiments in deep learning, machine learning, and related fields to support the development of AI technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with experience in machine learning and data analysis.
  • 3-4 years of industry experience in machine learning, with a strong focus on NLP and Computer Vision.
  • Hands-on experience in ML model development and deployment.
  • Experience working with training and fine-tuning LLM is a plus.
  • Experience in audio/speech technologies is a plus.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, node.js, or other relevant programming languages.
