Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage workforce operations, including attendance, attrition, and employee engagement
  • Drive employee experience and handle grievances
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
  • Address payroll and incentive queries
  • Share reports and insights with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in HRM
  • 2–6 years' experience in blue-collar manpower management
  • Strong communication skills in English and regional languages
  • Proficiency in Excel, PPT, Word
