ABAP Developer Role

Our company seeks a skilled ABAP Developer to design, develop and implement custom SAP ABAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Custom Development: Design, develop, test and implement custom SAP ABAP programs, reports and interfaces from scratch, adhering to established coding standards and best practices.
  • Module-Specific Development: Work extensively on ABAP development specifically related to core SAP modules, including Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM) and Financial Accounting (FI).
  • Form & Report Optimization: Develop and optimize various SAP reports, including classical reports and interactive ALV reports.
  • Enhancements & Integrations: Implement complex SAP enhancements, including user exits, Business Add-Ins (BADIs) and Business Application Programming Interfaces (BAPIs).
  • Debugging & Performance Tuning: Proactively debug, troubleshoot and optimize existing ABAP code to improve performance and ensure system stability.
Required Skills:
  • Strong Proficiency in Core SAP ABAP: Strong proficiency in core SAP ABAP programming concepts and techniques.
  • Object-Oriented ABAP: Hands-on experience with object-oriented ABAP (OOABAP).
  • Reporting & Forms: Proven experience in developing ALV reports (classic and object-oriented) and designing Smart Forms and Adobe Forms.
  • Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of SAP data dictionary, tables and relationships, and experience with Open SQL and Native SQL.
