Chartered Accountant (CA) Job in U.S. Accounting

Our organization seeks an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team and play a key role in our U.S. accounting operations.

As a Chartered Accountant (CA), you will be responsible for preparation and review of U.S. GAAP-compliant financial statements, handling U.S. tax filings, including federal and state returns, managing cross-border accounting and reporting for U.S. operations, performing audits, reconciliations, and financial analysis as per U.S. standards, and advising on accounting processes, compliance, and regulatory changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and review of U.S. GAAP-compliant financial statements to ensure accuracy and adherence to U.S. accounting standards.
  • Handling U.S. tax filings, including federal and state returns, to ensure timely and accurate submission.
  • Managing cross-border accounting and reporting for U.S. operations to ensure seamless integration with global financial systems.
  • Performing audits, reconciliations, and financial analysis as per U.S. standards to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.
  • Advising on accounting processes, compliance, and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance with U.S. accounting regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with minimum 5 years of professional experience in U.S. accounting.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficient in U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and accounting software used in the U.S. (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, Oracle).
  • Experience with cross-border transactions or multinational corporations is a plus.
