Job Title: Technical Business Analyst – EDP Platform Engineering

Location: Remote

Contract Term: 6 Months

Overview:

We are seeking a technical business professional to support EDP platform operations, data automation, cloud cost optimization, and infrastructure resiliency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze workflows, define KPIs, and build dashboards for informed decision-making.
  • Support AWS cloud cost optimization (RI, Savings Plans, anomaly detection).
  • Assist with infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning, and resiliency (RTO/RPO).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process standardization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in data analysis, BI, and cloud operations.
  • Strong skills in SQL + Python/R for analysis and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud + FinOps practices.
  • Proficiency in Power BI/QuickSight or similar visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and cost optimization.
  • Preferred: AWS certifications, Databricks/Big Data exposure, experience with IaC/CI-CD.
