Meta Ads Performance Marketing Internship

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Meta Ads performance marketing intern to assist in managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns on the Meta platform.

The successful candidate will conduct keyword and audience research, write and test ad copy and creative variations, track campaign performance, and analyze data to suggest improvements and maximize return on investment (ROI).

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in digital marketing to gain real-world experience managing ad campaigns, exposure to live campaign budgets and data, and mentorship from experienced performance marketers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms
  • Conduct keyword and audience research to improve campaign performance
  • Write and test ad copy and creative variations to engage target audiences
  • Track campaign performance and prepare weekly reports to inform optimization decisions
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and suggest data-driven solutions

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Basic understanding of Meta Ads and performance marketing principles
  • Ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on insights
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
