Job Overview

We invite applications for the role of Automation Specialist - Intelligent Process Optimization, focusing on leveraging Automation Anywhere (A360) to drive efficiency and scalability. As an expert in this domain, you will be responsible for assessing business processes, proposing innovative improvements, and implementing RPA solutions using A360.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in developing and deploying RPA solutions, with experience in implementation of Digital OCR Solutions using ABBYY, MODI, and other OCR engines. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for delivering solutions within agreed timelines. Additionally, being proactive in proposing solutions using Python libraries, ML models, NLP, and API integrations will contribute significantly to intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy RPA Solutions using Automation Anywhere
  • Implement Digital OCR Solutions using ABBYY, MODI, and other OCR engines
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and deliver solutions within agreed timelines
  • Propose solutions using Python libraries, ML models, NLP, and API integrations for intelligent automation
  • Create detailed Process Definition Document (PDD) and Technical Definition Document (TDD)
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure architecture guidelines are maintained
  • Identify workflow patterns to create reusable assets within the enterprise RPA architecture
  • Perform necessary bug fixes and corrections following testing of RPA solutions
  • Maintain and enhance existing bots to ensure accurate performance of automated business functions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experienced and certified in Robotic Process Automation - Automation Anywhere Tool
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Retail domain knowledge
  • Experience in VBA, Python, ASP.NET
