As a highly skilled Network Architectural Lead at Quess Corp Limited, you will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our complex network infrastructures. With 12+ years of experience in managing networks, preferably in the manufacturing industry, you will lead a team of network engineers and administrators to provide reliable, scalable, and secure network services.

Job Description:
  • Network Architecture & Design

We are seeking an individual with a deep understanding of network architecture, performance optimization, and cybersecurity best practices to develop, implement, and manage our network architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability. This includes designing and deploying LAN, WAN, wireless networks, and other communication systems, as well as ensuring network redundancy and high availability through the use of appropriate technologies.

  • Network Performance & Optimization

You will monitor network performance to identify and resolve issues proactively, including latency, bottlenecks, and outages. This involves ensuring optimal bandwidth utilization and managing network capacity planning to meet business needs, as well as implementing and managing performance tuning and optimization for network systems.

  • Security & Compliance

Our ideal candidate will oversee network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS systems, and access control policies to safeguard our data. You will also ensure compliance with industry regulations, security standards, and our organization's security guidelines by conducting regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.

  • Team Leadership & Management

In this role, you will lead, mentor, and manage a team of network engineers and administrators. You will provide guidance on best practices, troubleshooting, and problem resolution, foster a collaborative team environment, and promote continuous professional development for team members.

  • Network Operations & Maintenance

As a key member of our team, you will manage day-to-day network operations, including troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance of networking devices (routers, switches, firewalls). You will develop and implement policies for network configuration, monitoring, and performance management, ensuring that the network team adheres to established protocols.

  • Vendor & Technology Management

You will collaborate with network hardware and software vendors to ensure appropriate products and services are procured and maintained. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and innovations to ensure that our infrastructure remains cutting-edge and efficient.

  • Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity

We require an individual who can design and implement disaster recovery plans and procedures to ensure business continuity in the event of a network failure. You will ensure regular backups of critical network configurations and systems, coordinate network failover strategies, and conduct regular tests to ensure readiness.

  • Documentation & Reporting

As a detailed-oriented professional, you will develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all network configurations, policies, procedures, and system architecture. You will create detailed network performance reports and present findings to senior management, ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements through accurate and up-to-date network documentation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in network management and administration, including LAN, WAN, and wireless network technologies
  • 5+ years in a leadership or management role overseeing network teams and projects
Estimated Salary:

₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
