Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

The role of the Visual Communications Specialist is to conceptualize and execute visual elements that communicate our message effectively. This involves gathering requirements, designing creatives, and delivering them on time.

To excel in this position, you will be responsible for organizing work into a management tool, researching new ideas, and enhancing aesthetics. You will also design creatives for Ads, Website, and Social Media, and collaborate with other teams to get timely design requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing visual communications materials such as advertisements, websites, and social media graphics.
  • Organizing and assigning work in a work management tool.
  • Constantly researching and coming up with new ideas and templates.
  • Setting a consistent tone for each brand and providing details to junior designers.
  • Delegating repeated tasks to relevant members and ensuring proper utilization.
  • Collaborating with other teams to get timely design requirements.
  • Raising alarms when work is getting overloaded.
  • Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment without compromising artistic creativity.
  • Taking feedback on designs from Management.
  • Studying brands' social media to understand their aesthetics.
  • Recruitment and Department Building.
  • Onboarding new team members and mentoring them.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective relation building capacity.
  • Knowledge of interactive design and usability.
  • Detail oriented and well organized.
  • Prior experience in Design and editing software.
  • Degree in Creative / Artistic Discipline.
