- Evaluate and curate influencer content for quality, storytelling, brand tone, and repurposability across social media platforms and ads.
- Analyze performance data and adjust creative strategies accordingly to achieve organic growth and paid campaign success.

- Maintain a centralized content bank and ensure timely sharing of assets with the performance team.

Brand Image & Tonality
- Uphold and refine the brand's visual and verbal identity across all touchpoints to maintain a distinct, cohesive, premium, and non-derivative image.
- Monitor competitor activity and proactively address any potential overlaps in tone, design, or storytelling.
Content Planning & Publishing
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar covering launches, education, storytelling, user-generated content, and trends.
- Schedule and publish posts across platforms with engaging captions and relevant hashtags.
- Analyze performance insights and adapt content strategies to optimize results.

Community Engagement
- Manage audience interactions through DMs, comments, tags, and mentions, responding promptly and engaging authentically.
- Foster a two-way connection with the audience through stories, Q&As, polls, behind-the-scenes content, and creator interactions.
Performance Tracking
- Regularly analyze content performance metrics (reach, saves, engagement, shares) and apply insights to future content planning.
- Track high-performing content types and adapt creative decisions accordingly.
Support for Cross-functional Marketing
- Collaborate closely with the Growth & Retention Manager to ensure aligned social content with broader marketing campaigns.
- Assist in repurposing content for email, WhatsApp, website banners, product launches, and influencer campaigns.
