About the Role:
  • We require an individual to manage adherence to regulatory standards and maintain accurate records of compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance Management: Maintain a centralized repository of regulatory documents and track actionable items to ensure timely execution.
  • Client Balances: Settle client transactions and possess knowledge of related documentation to facilitate smooth operations.
  • AP Registration: Prepare AP registration/cancellation documents and understand associated compliances to ensure seamless processing.
  • Terminal Access: Provide NEAT/CTCL terminal access and maintain corresponding MIS for efficient monitoring.
  • Regulatory Returns: Submit regulatory returns to exchanges on a timely basis and handle day-to-day compliance tasks to prevent delays.
  • Compliance Issues: Coordinate with exchanges, clients, and departments regarding compliance issues to resolve them promptly.
  • Record Keeping: Record client transactions and prepare various applications/documentation as per exchange rules to maintain accuracy.
  • MIS Development: Develop and maintain compliance-related MIS to provide real-time insights into organizational performance.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address potential compliance risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with stakeholders effectively.
