As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving the success of global agencies by providing expert services in areas such as creative development, technology implementation, marketing strategy, and business operations.

  • Guiding the team in setting up and executing digital media campaigns using ad servers like Google Campaign Manager 360 and Flashtalking.
  • Ensuring the quality of work rendered by the team through the implementation of a quality framework.
  • Closely monitoring day-to-day operations and identifying potential gaps in processes, resolving them with guidance from immediate supervisors.
  • Troubleshooting campaign tracking issues across platforms and ad-tech, proactively finding solutions.
  • Assessing training requirements for the team to ensure smooth account/project transitions.
  • Addressing team concerns and providing insights to minimize risks, ensuring effective communication with internal partners.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A full-time graduate degree.
  • 5-7 years of experience managing digital media campaigns across various channels.
  • Extensive knowledge of ad serving technology tools and campaign management workflows, with at least 1 year of experience using the CM 360 ad server.
  • Solid understanding of third-party tag specifications and ad verification tools.
  • Strong individual contributor skills, along with collaborative team player abilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to solve problems and translate analysis into actionable business strategies.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and recognized as a subject matter expert.
