Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Architect to lead our network security initiatives and design, deploy, and validate our SDWAN, SD Security, and SASE services. This role requires a high level of technical expertise in networking technologies, including SDWAN, SD Security, SSE, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, QoS, Multicast, and Switching.

  • Network Design: Develop and implement network designs that meet the organization's needs and future growth, including designing and configuring SDWAN, MPLS, QoS, BGP, OSPF, and switching technologies.
  • Customer Solutions: Assist in analyzing and responding to RFPs from potential clients, develop and execute PoCs, work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and address customer requirements, validate design solutions to ensure they meet the customer's requirements and are technically feasible.
  • Network Support: Provide engineering support for the network infrastructure, including troubleshooting network issues and ensuring network security.
  • Project Management: Lead network-related projects from conception to completion, managing resources, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of network engineers, providing technical guidance, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely rollout of system enhancements, migration, deployment, and optimization projects.
  • Involved in planning, architecture designing, developing, and testing solutions and service products riding on network or across multiple network layers.
  • Perform integration with existing systems and conduct service validation prior to hand over to Service Operations team.
  • Ensure engineering Projects completed within target dates within scope.
  • Performance tuning and automation of application.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of networking technologies including SDWAN, SD Security, SSE, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, QoS, Multicast, and switching.
  • Experience in at least 2 of the SSE products - Versa, Palo Alto Prisma, Zscaler, Netskope
  • Experience in at least 1 of the CSPs - AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team of network engineers.
  • Experience Cloud Infrastructure (Compute, Storage, backup, network, security) and application architecture and deployment.
  • Experience in system and platform deployment over the network layers
  • Knowledge of network security and its applications

Skill Requirements:

  • A quick learner in keeping up to date with technology trends
  • Ability to work under pressure and unsupervised, meet multiple deadlines to address multiple issues.
  • Ability to build consensus and agreement between different parties.
  • High level of written and spoken accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal particularly with regard to communicating technical issues to a non-technical audience.
  • Self-motivated team player with ability to work independently.
  • Willingness for continuous improvement.
