OCP Architect

We are seeking a seasoned OCP architect to lead the lifecycle management of our platform, ensuring seamless upgrades, patching, cluster disaster recovery, and backup strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lifecycle Management: Ensure smooth upgrades, patching, cluster DR, and backup strategy.
  • Automation: Implement GitOps, Ansible, and Terraform to automate platform operations.
  • Issue Resolution: Lead critical issue resolution, post-mortems, and root cause analysis reviews to ensure optimal platform performance.
  • Compliance Standards: Define role-based access control, security compliance certifications, network segmentation, and CIS hardening standards to maintain compliance.
  • Integration: Integrate OCP with identity providers (ArgoCD, Vault, Harbor, GitLab) to enhance platform security and efficiency.
  • Platform Observability: Drive initiatives to improve platform observability and performance tuning.

Mentor team members and lead operational best practices to foster a culture of excellence within the team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in automation, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.
