Job Title: IT Infrastructure Professional

As an IT Infrastructure Professional, you will be responsible for managing and adapting forecasting tools to effectively monitor inventory, consolidate financial and operational KPIs, and drive informed decision-making.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage and adapt forecasting tools to effectively monitor inventory, consolidate financial and operational KPIs.
  • Design LAN cabling infrastructure including patch panels, UTP, switches, and routers.
  • Migrate customers to new environments including IIS, email, DNS, SQL, and other applications.
  • Assist in employee records management, biweekly payroll processing, and benefits submissions.
  • Install and troubleshoot company wireless internet connectivity.
  • Integrate Linux DNS servers into a Microsoft environment.
  • Utilize administrative access to install and troubleshoot software.
  • Test internal and external infrastructure vulnerabilities using Kali Linux.
  • Configure secured environments, VPN internet connectivity, virtualized server environments, and clients.
  • Implement network services including data backups, restores, security, wireless connectivity, VPN, and terminal servers.
  • Maintain ERP system functionality including troubleshooting, relationship management, contract negotiation, and new system proposals and comparisons.

Requirements:
  • Admin access to install and troubleshoot software.
  • Familiarity with Kali Linux for vulnerability testing.
  • LAN cabling design and implementation experience.
  • Customer migration experience, including IIS, email, DNS, SQL, and other applications.
  • Employee records management and payroll processing skills.
  • Wireless internet installation and troubleshooting knowledge.
