Junior Webflow Developer Role Summary

The role of a Junior Webflow Developer involves creating high-performing web experiences by collaborating with design, product, and growth teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building responsive websites and landing pages using Webflow's CMS, interactions, and animations.

This position requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, integrating tools and optimizing for speed, SEO, and conversions. Ideal candidates will have hands-on knowledge of embedding and troubleshooting custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

  • Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow
  • Implement basic frontend code for custom embeds and advanced functionality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring marketing funnels and campaigns to life
  • Integrate forms, scripts, and third-party marketing tools
  • Optimize websites for SEO, page speed, and conversion-focused layouts
  • Implement analytics tracking and ensure data accuracy
  • Support A/B testing, funnel experiments, and performance monitoring
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Junior Webflow Developer with 1–2 years of experience in building responsive websites and landing pages. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of responsive design and CMS structures, as well as hands-on knowledge of embedding and troubleshooting custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years of experience in Webflow development
  • Proven experience building and publishing marketing websites or landing pages
  • Hands-on knowledge of embedding and troubleshooting custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
