The ideal candidate will bring expertise in finance & accounting processes, with hands-on experience in delivering successful implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance. This includes analyzing, designing, and configuring finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank Management, FA, Inventory, and Operations Costing.

Key responsibilities will include mapping R2R processes and other finance-related client processes into D365FO functionalities, collaborating with technical consultants and developers to ensure proper solution design and integration, and driving fit-gap analysis, preparing functional documentation, and providing post-go-live support.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing multiple client stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutions. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, client interaction, and stakeholder management skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA (Finance) or CA/ICWA
  • Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance (AX/D365)
  • Core Functional Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in Finance & Accounting modules (GL, AR, AP, FA, Cash & Bank, Inventory, Operations Costing)
  • Implementation Experience: Minimum of 23 full-cycle implementations
