We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Transaction Advisory practice, focusing on Mergers and Acquisitions deal execution, post-deal integration, carve-outs, and restructuring.

About the Role:

The Head of Transaction Advisory will oversee the department responsible for providing integrated transaction services, ensuring seamless transitions, synergy realization, and long-term value creation. Key responsibilities include leading deal execution and integration, financial and regulatory management, stakeholder and client advisory, practice leadership and team management, and business development and thought leadership.

  • Lead the drafting of transaction documents, completion of due diligence, and transaction negotiations.
  • Oversee implementation of deal-related structures and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Act as trusted advisor to boards, promoters, CFOs, and private equity investors on post-transaction strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
