Senior Interior Design Professional

As a senior interior design professional, you will play a pivotal role in guiding discerning clients through our flagship showroom, providing personalized design recommendations, and facilitating seamless sales experiences.
- Greet and welcome clients at the showroom, offering an exceptional shopping experience.
- Understand client preferences, space aesthetics, and functional needs to suggest tailored solutions.
- Guide customers through the showroom, explaining material choices, design philosophies, and craftsmanship behind each piece.
- Provide expert design insights based on clients' space requirements, color schemes, and lifestyle needs.
- Curate personalized product selections and suggest suitable combinations of furniture, lighting, and décor.
- Assist clients in visualizing products in their space using mood boards, sketches, or digital tools.
- Prepare detailed quotes and pricing estimates based on client selections.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure timely follow-ups and order processing.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and proactively reach out to schedule showroom visits.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-8 years of experience in interior design, furniture sales, or luxury retail (freshers with strong design skills may apply).
- Strong understanding of furniture, home décor, lighting, and space planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Basic proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or 3D visualization tools (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations.
- Passion for luxury furniture, home styling, and customer experience.
- Willingness to travel to the store location daily.
