Chief Cyber Security Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Professional to implement and manage our secrets management solutions.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Deploying, configuring, and managing Conjur (Open Source or Enterprise).
- Implementing secure secret injection for applications, services, and pipelines.
- Creating and managing policies, roles, authentication layers (LDAP, Kubernetes, AWS IAM, etc.).
- Automating secret lifecycle: generation, rotation, expiration, and revocation.
- Integrating Conjur with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions).
- Securing cloud-native and containerized environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
- Supporting audits, compliance reviews, and security assessments.
- Enforcing least-privilege and Zero Trust principles.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Hands-on experience with Conjur (Open Source or Enterprise).
- Strong Linux/Unix administration and scripting skills.
- Familiarity with IAM, TLS/SSL, PKI, and REST APIs.
- Experience with DevOps and automation tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins).
- Solid understanding of secrets management and application security best practices.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Cyberark or relevant security certifications.
- Experience with other secret management tools (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, etc.).
- Familiarity with compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001.
