Housekeeping Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Executive to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
Job Description- Conduct daily briefings with staff at floor level to ensure everyone is aware of their responsibilities and any specific tasks or issues that need attention.
- Manage and supervise all tasks of his/her team, providing guidance and support where needed to ensure efficient and effective execution.
- Ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms, guest room balconies, guest corridors, linen rooms, and housekeeping pantries meet the highest standards and procedures set by the hotel.
- Supervise public areas, including lounges, restaurants, and other common spaces, to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
- Replenish guest supplies and respond promptly to guest requests to ensure exceptional service.
- Attend to reports on damage or malfunction in hotel rooms, working closely with maintenance and other departments as needed.
- Maintain equipment in proper state of cleanliness and good working order.
- Compile and submit regular section floor reports to the Executive Housekeeper.
- Conduct regular room checklists to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
- Report any unusual behavior or activities on floors to the Executive Housekeeper.
- Accurately record room status in allocated section.
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in assessing team members' attendance and performance.
- Be well-versed in hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures to ensure compliance and guest safety.
- Attend all briefings, meetings, and trainings as assigned by management to stay up-to-date on policies and procedures.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times, setting an example for team members.
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by Management to contribute to the success of the hotel.
- Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships to foster a positive and productive work environment.
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $62,000 - $72,000, depending on location and experience.
