Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technical consulting and reporting. As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for performing daily and weekly reporting activities, generating detailed technical reports, and providing constructive feedback for improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in computer science and coding, with the ability to dedicate 9 hours per day for work. Prior experience in customer-facing roles is beneficial, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily and weekly reporting activities and provide updates to the Manager.
  • Generate detailed technical reports on candidates and conduct in-depth report analysis.
  • Review reports, discuss findings with the panel, and provide constructive feedback for improvements.
  • Handle escalation cases, identify root causes, and propose optimal resolutions.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet all assigned deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills:
    • Extensive knowledge of at least one programming language.
    • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
    • Hands-on experience with at least two technical projects involving diverse tech stacks.
  • Communication and Management:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities:
    • Strong analytical, debugging, and incident management skills.
  • Other Qualifications:
    • Ability to dedicate 9 hours per day for work.
    • Prior experience in customer-facing roles is beneficial.
    • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
    • A motivated individual with a strong commitment to deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
