Oracle EPM Specialist

As a highly skilled professional in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, we are seeking an expert to join our team.

You will play a critical role in helping clients modernize and govern their enterprise master data by leveraging your expertise in Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS).

  1. Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of centralized data management solutions.
  2. Improve consistency, accuracy, and alignment across business functions.
  3. Work closely with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to streamline data governance processes.
  4. Manage hierarchies across applications.
  5. Ensure data integrity across ERP, EPM, and other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support the EDMCS application.
  • Conduct demos and ad hoc assignments.
  • Make REST API calls using Python or PowerShell Scripting.
  • Develop integrations and automations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in Oracle EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management).
  • Excellent functional knowledge of MDM as a technology area.
  • Should have worked on at least two end-to-end EDM implementations.
  • Basic conceptual understanding of finance and accounting is a plus.
  • Experience in configuring and supporting the EDMCS application.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Demonstrate core consulting skills, ability to conduct demos and ad hoc assignments.
  • Should have good proficiency in Python or PowerShell Scripting and making REST API calls.
  • Should be able to work on integrations and automations; experience with Data Management is a plus.
  • Should be open to adopt new technologies.
  • Experience with any additional EPM systems like: EPBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, Narrative Reporting is a big plus.

  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Oracle EDMCS and MDM concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable facing the client.
  • Demonstrate core consulting skills, ability to conduct demos and ad hoc assignments.
  • Should be open to adopt new technologies.
