Job Title: Senior Data Engineer Position

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data systems that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop complex data pipelines using SAS programming language.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data systems and processes.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 11+ years of experience in developer role with strong focus on data engineering.
- Proficient in Python programming language with hands-on development experience.
- Strong knowledge of relational database management systems like Oracle, SQL server, and Teradata.
- Experience with AWS services IAM, EC2, S3, Cloud Watch, Step Functions, Lambdas, MWAA, SQS, SNS, Glue, Athena etc.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools like GitHub, Jenkins etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
