**Job Title:** Deputy Registrar- HR
In our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Registrar- HR to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the academic records of all students, planning and implementing the registration process for classes, and coordinating with other administrators to resolve scheduling conflicts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date academic records of all students
- Planning and implementing the registration process for classes, including coordinating with faculty members and staff
- Working with other administrators to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure smooth operations
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures for student registration and academic record management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in student registration and academic record management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
